Katarina Prystay is an early career researcher exploring the potential of arts-based community development practices. She has experience in community, infrastructure, and governance research, having collaborated with Concordia University, SHIFT Centre for Social Innovation, and CiteStudio Montreal. Her academic background in theatre & urban planning informs her understanding and approach to space, community relations, and art practice. She was an assistant at AFIELD from November 2022 until May 2023.
