Jeannie Vu is the co-founder of Azura, a multifamily value add owner/operator and a partner at Kenetic, a family office dedicated to investing in early stage blockchain and web3 companies. Previously she was Chief Financial Officer at JRK Property Holdings, a $7 billion AUM vertically integrated operator of multifamily and hospitality assets and Senior Vice President at Colony Capital, a $60 billion AUM real estate private equity firm at its peak. Prior to Colony Capital, Jeannie was an investment banker at FBR Capital Markets and auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jeannie received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Jeannie is a certified public accountant (inactive). Jeannie is co-chair of LACMA’s Digital Leaders.

Jehan Chu is Founder and Managing Partner of Kenetic, an early blockchain/crypto Venture Capital firm based in Puerto Rico and Hong Kong. A former front-end developer, he started investing in cryptocurrency in 2013, co-founded the Bitcoin Association of HK and founded the Ethereum HK community in 2014, and has invested in over 300 blockchain companies and funds.
Jehan holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and MA in Cultural Enterprise from Hong Kong University/Central St Martin’s. Jehan is a Kauffman Fellow, a Trustee of Westtown School, co-chair of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art Digital Leaders committee, and was formerly Vice Chairman of Parasite Art Space.
